Started poorly at embarkation, we were so excited and visited the Supervisors Desk as advised to inquire as if there were any possible available cabin upgrades, knowing full well they are not free but the Supervisor was "surly" no smile and spat out verbally our family was "to early for that" (note we stood at her desk for about 10 minutes while she played with the computer not even acknowledging us, then after seeing us told us she would be with us soon) and made us wait a few minutes more. No smile, not a Disney experience.
The Cruise Director was Trent Hitchcock, over the top silly and while not "on" puss on his face while walking the hallway, just off putting.
The Tween Club The Edge my daughter reported was not engaging at all, she went several times but would return quickly saying the youth team was not interactive and the activities were pretty much non existent, most kids just sat alone with their own electronics and the youth team could not be bothered with anyone but each other.
Clean, everything in working order. Connecting door so some noise from 6186 TV. Verandah was a tiny bit larger but not huge, it was curved with whitewall bottom and a second inner railing, soot daily and vibrations while not terrible were apparent in relation to the speed of ship and docking (thrusters)
We visited the shops and the Pirate Museum. Quite interesting, fun afternoon.
Allowed off ship at 0930 but lines were excessive, finally off ship by 1000. All of the fun activities were cancelled due to wind. The lunch buffet was poor and sloppy, the employees started yelling at you the Island was closing with an hour to go, they all hit the beach and started cleaning it making us feel so unwelcome. Had to be back on the ship by 1645hrs, not enough time on this island.
