We left on a Friday from Bayonne, It took almost an HOUR to get from the main entrance to the unloading section. People were actually walking to the pier, really bad start to a trip!
Cruised with them once before which is why we chose them again.
Food on board excellent except for Dinner in the Windjammer on day 7 it was was not as tasty as we preferred and a little dried out.

Plenty of room in the cabin for two adults. Beautiful view. I was a little uncertain about not having a balcony but it was great.
