We had a great experience on this ship last year and were very excited to be back but unfortunately something has changed. The ship is as beautiful as ever and very comfortable but the level of service was not as good and the food was generally quite poor. We loved Atlantide and because the others were not very good tended to eat there all the time which became quite boring. Indochine and terrazzo were the worst. Breakfast on the deck was chaos with up to 20 minute waits for coffee.

There seemed to be far less staff and so expect waits for drinks especially at panarama.

There were a lot of young children who were allowed to do whatever at the pool including using the jacuzzi which the rules said was not allowed. Read more
