Family vacation and close to home without flying to a port. Traffic was an hour to enter port which was terrible. When we finally got on the ship it was almost time time to leave so I would not choose Bayonne to ever leave out of again. Felt a bit confused of where to go or do when we finally got on the ship.Food was average and way too many restaurants they had extra charges. Entertainment was lacking mostly in the day. We have been on many cruises about 14 mostly on Carnival then the last few on Norwegian had tried Royal many years again and didn’t love it but thought we would try again. Probably our last time with Royal. Have to say our waiters at night were the highlight of our teenagers day.

Our first night food was terrible seemed much better after that. Lack of tast and quality. But we would have liked to have options and there was so many restaurants that weren’t included even Ben and Jerry’s were extra and Johnny Rockets. We had 10 people with us and to have to pay extra for a little better food would be way to expensive. Entertainment during the day was totally non existent near the pool area. Even at night you had to search for something to do. Also excursions are just not affordable for 10 people. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but they definitely need to up there game
