I was a little worried when we booked this cruise because I couldn't find any recent reviews and most reviews only talked about how dated the ship looked. I shouldn't have worried. The cruise was wonderful! We had a great time! We chose this cruise so that we could spend a couple of nights at the Universal theme parks before we left and so that we could stop in the Bahamas because we have not ever been there.

We had a Junior Suite on the back of the ship and our room was plenty spacious. Our room attendant was very attentive and kept our room perfect.

We did My Time Dining and two nights we made reservations and the third, we just showed up. We never had to wait and the food in the main dining room was excellent. (Better than Carnival two years ago!)

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

I have only cruised once before, but it was much easier getting on this ship at Port Canaveral than it was Carnival out of Galveston.
