This is the first river cruise for me and my husband. The crew made the embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly and very easy. the ship and the cabin are very clean and accessible. dining was excellent especially the service and the food, the ports and shore excursions are very well-planned, informative and enjoyable with very smart well-versed local guide who are competent and very helpful. entertainment in the ship are good. we would love to go again and we are already booked for the Rhine river cruise next year. In this cruise, we were able to meet new friends because the atmosphere in the ship is very open and conducive to meeting new people and friends. In our excursions, we were given enough time to take pictures, buy souvenirs and explore the local area and taste the local delicacies. Our cabin was cleaned everyday and our needs were taken care of by the housekeepers. The dining crew were very accommodating to our requests and needs during dining. All in all, it was a very enjoyable, satisfying experience for us.
