We chose to cruise with the MSC and especially the Seaside as it was a new award winning ship. The itinerary was nice, however I would have like only 1 full day at sea and 1 more port of call added instead of a full day on the way back at sea.
We had a great experience with our wait staff, Carlos and Promise in the main Ipenima restaurant. They were very attentive and paid special attention to our needs. Our wine was waiting chilled after the first night when they found out what we liked to drink. Promise was especially a great treat, as she sang a song for us in three different occasions. What a great voice!
The buffet on the 16th floor (Biscayne) was not as large or as crowded as the Market Place buffet on the 8th floor. The marketplace did however have a larger selection.
Cabin Review
Fantastica Balcony Stateroom
Cabin 15053 was a very comfortable outside Balcony. The room was nice with a small seating area and a great unobstructed view of the ocean. I would have like a little larger bathroom as it was crammed when attempting to shower. The cleaning staff especially Miguel was fantastic, as there was never a moment when we didn't have clean linen and the room was spotless.
