We were looking to go to Canada/New England. But was highly disappointed with Royal Caribbean. The food in both the Main Dining Room and the Windjammer were the same food everyday. Basically no variety even though on the website and on ship it states that there is different food everyday. Not on this cruise. The pool area: the pool and splash area closed at 6 pm everyday. Kids on the cruise were very disappointed with this. The flow rider and the slides were not open when you think they would be. Therefore when they were open very long lines. My son was very disappointed with the kids club. The kids club put all kids together on port days, which is understandable but also was the perfect opportunity for the younger kids to be bullied by older kids and my son was. Told staff about but nothing was done. One elevator was broken entire cruise, never fixed. Couple sets of stairs where closed off during the cruise, which made it even harder to get around. Should of had maps of ship, but none were available. The scavenger hunt was joke. Instead of looking for items like you would think you would do for a scavenger hunt, the contestants were handed items from their friends/family. So don't do this hunt unless you have a huge group with you. The chairs by the pool were always reserved by people getting towels or other items and putting them on the pool chairs very early in the morning, every day. Even though it says it is not allowed and items will be removed if left unattended for more than 30 minutes, Hours went by and the items are never removed, So much for even posting a sign about it. Also, certain table by the pool have a no smoking sign on them but people still smoked in that area and the workers just left them do it even though people had little kids that were coughing due to smoke in their faces. Staff did nothing about it. We did have the greatest waiter and assistant waiter, Janeta and Pavlo were the best.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 3D

The cabin was good. The room attendant was great. The only thing was only 3 towel animals for the entire week. When we were on another cruise line, we had one everyday.
