We spent a week in Switzerland, starting in Geneva, we traveled on tomZurich, Zermatt and Basel where we got onto the ship. What a gorgeous country Switzerland is! Wethen took a Rhine cruise and ended up in Paris for 3 days. All taken care of by Viking. It was effortless, no hassels, first class hotels . The train ride was amazing and the tour guides are really superb, nothing was left to chance and our comfort was all that mattered. Food allergies were taken very seriously and the chef made sure everything was done correctly, the waiters were excellent and left nothing to chance they were truly five star. The tours were amazing, very knowledgeable guides and for the slower passengers there was always a group that took an easier path and fewer stairs. This was our 34th cruise, 2nd with Viking and we are now loyal Viking travelers. We have booked and Alaskan and a Mediterranean Ocean cruise for next year.
