This was our first river cruise, but won’t be our last! We were attracted by the ports of call, the reasonable price of the cruise, the great room, the food and included shore excursions and the high reviews for Viking Cruises. From day 1 we were watched over and pampered. Our Program Manager, Leonard, was amazing. He took great care in assuring we got the most out of our cruising experience. Ou Viking ship, the Lif, and our room were immaculate. The food was amazing, always fresh and scrumptious. It was not just tasty, but presented beautifully with lots of choices. The included beer & wine added to our enjoyment. The included shore excursion were great and the guides who went with us were knowledgeable and paced us well. We met some fun fellow cruisers and ate with several couples many times. We hope to take another Viking cruise in the future, probably in Scandinavia.
