We just got off of the Carnival Liberty. It was our first cruise and everyone in my family loved it! We took Cortrans shuttle to the pier and they dropped us off in plenty of time for our 11:30 arrival window. We were actually a bit early, but we were on the ship within 20 minutes. Embarkation was extremely organized and efficient. We were able to explore and have some Guys Burgers before our room was ready.

The food choices were amazing. My boys, ages 12 and 14, enjoyed being able to get burgers, ice cream, pizza, etc. whenever they wanted. They had pizza at midnight every night! We also enjoyed the room service options and took advantage of that several times. We ate in the MDR every evening, and the menus were varied and interesting. It was nice not having to budget for meals, knowing everyone could order steak if they felt like it! Also, sea day brunch was a huge hit with my family!

I was a little disappointed with the Circle C for ages 12-14. I thought my boys would be able to drop in and play video games or hang out whenever they felt like it, but it was only open mostly in the evening. And it was only for scheduled activities, so you couldn't use the video games unless they were scheduled at that particular time. Read more
