We signed up for this cruise a year in advance. We wanted this particular destination and the price was right. We were also happy to try a cruise from Baltimore so we could just drive to the port. Ten of our family members traveled together and we had a blast. Leaving from the port in Baltimore is so easy and organized. We are seniors and had no problems at all. Some of our family signed on to the cruise and we had five adults and five teenagers. The ship is not huge so it can fit under the bridges but it was well maintained. The young people in our group found plenty to do and we barely saw them. The food on board was good and all staff members were pleasant and friendly. We had great (hot) weather and spent a lot of time in the pools. We especially loved the children’s pool which you can sit in on hot days. The drinks kept coming and the snacks, ice cream and food were good and plentiful. The only thing I would change is the quality of the beds. Considering this was a ten day cruise, a less than great bed was not a huge problem. Our teenagers were well entertained and we barely saw them all week. I had purchased a drink package but really used it very little. There was complimentary iced tea and flavored drinks (sugar free mango/pineapple) that I drank almost all week. I did enjoy the big cup with the lid but could easily have brought one from home. We had such a great time and plan to do another cruise on this ship-maybe to Bermuda. Thanks Royal Carribean for helping us gather wonderful memories on this trip-we’ll be back :)
