Quality of the food was downright poor. We did not like much of the buffet food and were not told that we could order from a menu. We finally found this out on the next to last day of the cruise. One day for lunch there was no protein at all.
Scenic dining service was terrible. Restaurant staff had no clue how to provide service. Most dinners took 2 hours. After dinner it took 20 minutes for the server just to get a cup of coffee. I finally went and got one myself. Told this to the director and he politely smiled, but this didn't change anything.
On the sun deck service, was nonexistent. I had to go downstairs to the bar to get my own drink. Even in the loune right next to the bar it took way too long for a server to get a drink. The crew was simply way understaffed.

We were supposed to be on the Amber which has a larger cabin. The cabin on the Jade and then the Jasper were smaller. One night I did not eat the chocolate and thought I would have it the next day but the room service took it away. Not the luxury cabin we expected.
