Royal Caribbean's quality has really taken a dive. I have cruised with them multiple times in the past; my last cruise was six years ago. I came back from this cruise last week and what a huge disappointment it was. The food quality has diminished a lot, the selection wouldn't change much from day to day, there were a few stations that would be exactly the same choices during the entire cruise. The alcohol is watered down, (very cheesy), the room, and ship in general, show wear and tear. The have cut down in staff and the current one is so stressed out affecting the pleasantry of their interaction with the guests and the timely manner in which they provide their services. The rooms' furniture show age, the sofa had stains on it so did the carpet. The towels were so thin from been used and washed so much. The were no real shows, only one ice skating show that can be described as amateur at best. Too much of the activities are designed for the passengers to spend more money. I'll be trying a different cruise line next time.

Cabin Review

Spacious Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 2B

Cabin's furniture is old and it shows its wear and tear. Sofa and carpet had stains. Air conditioning did not work, it got better after maintenance took a look at it but it wasn't very comfortable.
