Reviews and information said Princess specialized in Alaska more than other lines and had access to Glacier Bay. While we had concerns about Princess cruises the price and itinerary were unbeatable.

Travel agent advised to go with low expectations since we had cruised before with Royal Caribbean. He was exactly correct. Everything was satisfactory, nothing was exceptional. The staff was indifferent and did the bare minimum. Waiters brought food and nothing more. Cabin steward was a housekeeper, no towel animals or other effort. Ironically the ship was beautiful. The cabin was amazing, E202.

The food quality was good, the menu was not. We only chose to eat in the dining room 3 of 7 nights because of this.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview

Cabin O6

Front corner port side. Very large. Great layout. No noise from theatre. Some noise from anchor but not a big deal. Long walk to the room. Very rough on bumpy seas.

Port Reviews

Glacier Bay

So many glaciers, such incredible views. We stayed here over an hour and the captain slowly spun the ship so everyone could see everything even from their balconies.

Glacier Bay made this trip.
