We have just returned from our 2018 “Gem’s of the Danube” luxury river cruise.
Actually, that is not correct. We have just returned from a mediocre bus tour of several cities near the Danube. The best I can say is that there was a photo of a luxury river boat on the side of the buses.
• We were promised a trip of our life time -- take the Scenic Route. Meals and drinks included. Leave your wallet at home. Personal butler service. Dine in style. A Five-Star experience.

Cabin Review
The cabin, public spaces, restaurants, and staff were all quite nice. Sadly, we only experience them two nights and then were transferred to buses and hotels.
