We were first time cruisers and Norway had been on my husbands "must see" list for years. We had heard great recommendations from friends who had been on Norwegian before and decided it was time. We traveled to Hamburg and stayed overnight, which gave us half a day to explore the town. We used the suggested car park which was easy, and Embarkation was extremely easy and just took a few minutes. We explored the ship a little and had lunch in one of the restaurants while waiting to go to our room. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and balcony, and everything we encountered on the ship was very clean. The restaurants were managed very well and employees were all very helpful. We wished, however, that there had been some kind of list of on board restaurants with brief info about each one in a brochure or something in our room for us to refer to. There were a lot of restaurants and I think we missed quite a few of them because we didn't know they were there. The daily newsletter we got was very helpful and we referred to it often. We had an excellent room steward who took great care of our room for us and even made us several towel animals! The fjords and towns we visited were all gorgeous, we had such a good time. A great experience for our first cruise; we hope to go again!!

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

The room was good sized, very clean and everything in very good condition. The bed was super comfortable, as well as the pillow. We loved sitting on our balcony, which was surprisingly roomy.
