Sail Date: Jul 2018

We were keen to visit many of the Baltic destinations and Celebrity Cruises had been recommended to us by friends. The ship was excellent and certainly met the vast majority of our needs. All of the staff were extremely attentive and the service was excellent across the ship.

Our experience in the main dining room was also excellent with an extensive and impressive range of menu options. The Ocean View cafe was also generally very good though it was often overcrowded. Other cafes and bars generally offered a very good service.

Live entertainment was of a very good standard and the evening shows were all teriific. We particularly enjoyed all of the live music which was on offer throught the day. We also enjoyed the talks given by guest lectureres and the Cruise Director. We enjoy ballroom dancing and it was good to be given the opportunity to do this each evening. It would have been better though if the times could have varied a bit more to avoid clashing with our alloted dinner sitting. It would also have been a good experience to have had live music provided at least once for this purpose.

Cabin Review

Cabin balcony stateroom

The cabin was sufficiently spacious and adequately met our needs. It was clean and well maintained.

Port Reviews

Brugge (Bruges)

A very good visit to Ypres, including the cathdral, museum and Menin Gate. The cemeteries also provided a very interesting visit.

Copenhagen

Copenhagen was a very interesting visit where many of the sites we saw were quite close together. Hop on /hop off bus was very good.

Stockholm

Visited two museums in Stockholm (ABBA and Vasa museum). both were very interesting visits and thoroughly interesting and enjoyable.

Tallinn

Tallinn was a gem of a place and we thoroughly enjoyed wandering around the old town which was an easy walk from the ship. Shopping for souvenirs was also cheaper here than elsewhere.

St. Petersburg

City tour was most interesting and revealed a fabulous city to visit.

Berlin

Visited Rostock and Warnemunden but a little underwhelming compared to the previous stops. In hindsight should have gone to Berlin.
