Celebrity is one of my favorite Cruise Lines. I especially like the Solstice Class Ships. The ones I have been on are elegant but not glitzy. The food is better than I've experienced on most. The Equinox is lovely. The crew is friendly. They make Captain's Club members feel appreciated. I found the parties onboard to be fun and appropriate for all ages. It was my first experience with the "Silent Disco". It's almost more fun watching the participants than being one. My daughter and I enjoyed breakfast in the Aqua Cafe, where we could find healthier choices. The buffet had lots of choices and it was actually good! Sometimes, I've tried to avoid the buffets because the food is not good.
If I would have a complaint, it would be that some of the staff were not friendly. It's my first experience getting an eye roll from a bar worker. Maybe he was having a bad day. Everyone works very hard on Ships and I'm sure it's not easy dealing with so many personalities.
The entertainment was outstanding.
The cabin was immaculate. It was sufficient for two guests but would be crowded with a third. I liked the location because it was away from the noisy areas of the Ship. I spoke to guests who had cabins near the glass elevators and the noise level was terrible during some of the late night entertainment.
I've been to Key West before. It's a fun place to stop and, being in the US, it's very clean. We just walked around and did some shopping. Had to try some conck (spelling) fritters. Yummy!
This is one of my new favorites! It's so clean there. The shops are nice and the vendors aren't annoying, as in some places. They have a really nice free pool, with swim-up bar and comfortable beach chairs. My daughter was there in June. Her family took a Segway tour that included a stop at a beach. This was a Royal Caribbean cruise. She said it was a waste of money and the beach smelled horrible.
