Seattle

We arrived a couple days prior to our cruise to spend some time exploring Seattle. When we arrived at the airport I booked an Uber XL because we had 4 people and luggage. We were surprised when a Prius pulled up to pick us up. There was no way that all of us and our luggage was going to fit in a Prius. The Anderson’s had to end up calling another Uber for themselves. We stayed at the Hilton downtown in a room on the executive floor which included breakfast, evening appetizers, cocktails, and snacks/drinks during the day. Well worth the extra money! This hotel was a perfect distance from all of the main downtown attractions. An easy walk to Pikes Market or the light rail, which we took to The Space Needle. We signed up for an Early Access VIP Tour of Pike Place Market with Savor Seattle. I would definitely recommend this tour. The tour consisted of tasty treats of warm biscuits, coffee, chocolate, fresh fruit, tea, smoked salmon, plus much more. We enjoyed one on one time with the vendors, including the fish guys. Once the tour was over we had time to go visit the stores we wanted to make some purchases. We ate most of our meals at restaurants in Pikes Market with views overlooking beautiful Puget Sound. Surprisingly beautiful weather in Seattle, most days hovered in the 70-80’s with no rain. On the day of the cruise we took taxis to the port and had an easy embarkation with zero wait time. Loving the assigned embarkation times!

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8F

Cabin was a standard balcony. Plenty of room for two people and all of our "stuff". This cabin was very convenient to the elevators/stairs but we never noticed any extra noise from either.
