My wife and I booked and honeymoon for this cruise looking for a fantastic time to start our beautiful lifes together and unfortunately we were very disappointed and came off unhappy and which it should have been the best week of our lives my start with the room I complained multiple times about how hot our room was and it was a big is to my wife who is 4 months pregnant made her very uncomfortable and felt like I was just ok well fix it just to shut us up which is unacceptable and the drinks we were charged muplte different times for a package that was told us it included juice in which juice was complimentary and we found this out after wards and ontop of it the customer service staff were rude and very impatient and now I just found out I got charged again afterwards for something we thought was already included in a last payment and I will say this is our second cruise and will never use royal carribean again because not only did they not accommodate to my pregnant wife they were unprofessional with dealing with the situation at hand .... yet the food tacitly staff were amazing and so were the other staff but the customer service staff were very rude and rebecca one of the customer service head manger she seemed to be . She butted in the conversation with us and the representative we were speaking to and told us we were holding up everyone and not in a professional way at all and could not wait to kick us off the ship and because of this experience I will make sure not to come again and will expose on social media to all of my waiting family and friends to who could not wait to hear how our honey moon went and will make sure to let them know not to book with this company!
