We started our cruise in Barselona. Embarkation was fast and comfortable.

In fact, embarkations and disemarkations in all ports had been arranged perfect or near to perfect. Our cabin Balcony Fantastica was really fantastic. The cabin had been cleaned 2 times a day, but in a little bit specific way. If we remained some belongings on the bed, after cleaning we found them being scattered even on the floor...

My regards to our cabin stewart Sabrina... We always had breakfasts at Red Velvet and dinners at Il Cerchio D’Oro . The breakfasts looked fairly typical for 3 star hotel level, other words, the choice and quality were acceptable for 1 week stay. There was a possibility to order from menu to diversify a choice, but at the first morning our waiter explicitly refused to serve us. This guy was just lazy. Nevertheles, the next mornings we managed to order everything we liked. There was also a problem for tea-lovers to find a hot water at the restaraunt. All waiters after our request to bring some hot water had dissapeared somewhere without any explanations.
