Overall this was a lovely cruise. It was clean, calm and well organised. The embarkation process was smooth and easy . We visited beautiful places in the Norwegian fiords . If I had to criticise something it would be 3 things. 1. The drinks package . We paid £560 approx for a week of free drinks for 2 adults and 1 child . It does work well but they do fail to tell you everything and when we challenged items on our bill , the assistant bar officer just quoted the small print in the T&C and said you should have read it . We argued £12 as charged for wine on the self service machines which even that don’t say not included he just said you should have read your paperwork, a poor attitude for the sake of keeping a loyal and valuable customers for the sake of £12. Hey ho Royal Caribbean here we come .

The 2nd was the ship staff are overall polite , nearly all Indian , however some don’t apply common scence and stick to there rules especially at the costa caffe where I felt the attitude was poor overall .

2. The gym equipment is tired and allot not working, it needs some attention

Cabin Review

Outside Stateroom

Cabin LC

P314 is on the 5th deck so low down to the water level . The cabin is small for 3 but adiquate as you are never in there. Well maintained by the cabin porter . Although low down it did not bother us at all. Clean and tidy
