This was our first time on an MSC ship having previously cruised with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Cunard & Princess.

It's safe to say they do things a bit differently on MSC but this cruise was a lot cheaper than our previous cruises and the itinerary was unique and the main attraction for this holiday. Overall it gave us value for money, especially the pre-booked drinks package and photo package although the wifi package was a bit expensive and we still had a poor reception.

I would say most guests were Italian and Spanish with a high number of Germans and South Americans. About 5% British and no Americans that I was aware of.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom

The ocean view cabin was OK. A family of four in any cabin on a ship is always going to be a tight fit but we managed. It was always clean. Just be careful with the ladders for the top bunks that you don't hurt yourself.
