This is our 4th cruise with Norwegian to various vacations. There is always a complete focus on customer service. All areas of the ship are impeccably clean. The buffet offers, by far, the best selection of high quality food. There is always a fundamental focus on hygiene. We had a balcony cabin and always thoroughly enjoy the views. The steward is extremely attentive to your every need. We cruised from Barcelona to Italy and Spain. What an incredible trip. The shore excursions are always diverse. We cant wait to sail again with Norwegian. The ship offers so many entertainment options. From swimming, to game shows, bowling, a well planned casino. The ship is very well planned out and the signage is very easy to understand and navigate. Every single members of the ship’s crew is always looking out for you and what you need. They often anticipate questions before you ask and are always very friendly
