We are seniors and this was our 5th cruise, first on RCCL.

I chose the cruise because we were treating our 2 adult daughters and their significant others. They like tropical vacations as well. The price was right.

The ship was beautiful to look at inside and out. I didn't really care for the layout of the ship as the halls aren't always predictable. We went down to a dead end too many times. Studio B has the skating rink which served as a show venue and the disembarkation meeting place. We really struggled with that one. The ship was beautiful to look at inside and out.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin J3

The cabin was spacious and lovely. There were only 2 outlets in the whole cabin. They were across from the bed so I needed to walk over an extension cord (provided by the ship) every night. No outlets in the bathroom that didn't use a European plug. There's a huge walk-in closet that kept our cabin very tidy. Spacious balcony with 2 chairs, 2 loungers, and a small table. The sliding door was hard to open. Bathroom had a small tub. The bed was comfortable and our cabin steward aimed to please.

Port Reviews

Aruba

Beautiful sandy beaches galore. Go early to get a whole day bus pass so you have more options.

St. Thomas

Spent the day in St. John.
