I was worried going on this cruise after reading all the reviews, but we had a great experience. We had an oceanview cabin (220 square feet) because we were worried about getting a balcony with our four year old. The room was nice enough. We definitely could not have done any of the smaller rooms on the ship. 220 square feet was tight for a family of four ... especially since we had the top pullman out and the couch converted to a twin for the duration of our cruise.

There were some signs of wear to the ship, but not nearly as dramatic as some of the more critical reviews. The only really noticeable I caught was some around the pool areas (of course ... they get used and abused) and the mirror in our cabin.

The food is not amazing, but it is good and abundant. We wouldn't do the steakhouse again. In our opinion, it wasn't worth the price. But, I would order a nice steak again in the regular dining room Our favorites were the Mongolian Wok (you do get veggie withdrawal at times) and Guy's Burger Joint. Even when there was a long line, you could get Guy's burgers fast. We only did the pizza place once as the attendant spoke virtually no English and it was hard to get a correct order. I did see people eating it in abundance so I assume was good.

Freeport

We just went to Port Lucaya in Freeport and did some shopping. Nothing too exciting. Easy enough to get off the boat and catch a roundtrip cab. It's $10 each way.
