Travel agent recommended it and we felt cost was affordable. In San Francisco our hotel the Sheraton was great, nice location, food in San Francisco great. Tour to Muir Woods and Sausalito was great also.Embarkation went well except my luggage was broken and had to be fixed onboard, felt a little too rushed but staff was helpful. Disembarkation went ok . The ship itself was clean but had to learn the elevator locations especially for restaurants. Cabin was clean but had expected it bigger. Dining was very poor as for the food (Bonticellos). Beef was tough and crabs were over cooked in salt (way too salty to eat). Seafood dishes were not good I sent back 2 fish dinners they had no taste and too greasy fon the trout. Very disappointing.. Desserts were delicious. Staff at our table was great(Gilbert and Mark). The Horizon buffet was acceptable but would rather have staff serve you at the dish locations because it is unsanitary when people take and put back food in serving dishes or look at it and then put it back. I would rather bet my own coffee and have staff serve you via these different dish locations. I tried dining at Davinci for lunch and it was not good either, went twice. I guess I should have tried the out of pocket restaurants but felt I should not have to pay when you pay all of the money for a cruise. International café was good as well as the beverages. Pizza and hot dogs on deck were really good. Casino staff were not friendly when I asked a question or had a concern. Entertainment was very poor and I did not like the Art auction as I felt prices were ridiculous. Most of the entertainment revolved around the art auction. Service was good at dining and cabin steward. The Ports of Alaska and excursions were great including the food at Tracey,s crab shack in Juneau and Red Onion Saloon in Skagway. I wish the stay in Ketchikan was longer as it was beautiful there I felt rushed after my Bear excursion, and don't even bother with Victoria, I did not enjoy the time there as it was so rushed. I will go again to Alaska probably fly to Anchorage and go to Denali or try a different cruise line. In summary the scenery was exceptional and the people in the Ports were wonderful, (please take off Victoria let us enjoy Alaska)!

Cabin was clean and in dining breakfast was acceptable. I had expected it to be a little bigger loved the balcony, would request a suite another time.. The beds were great and very very comfortable.
