First off, what is it about air conditioning? I had the thermostat turned all the way down in my room and the temperature was still just marginally cool. Definitely not comfortable enough for me to get a good nights sleep. And on the last night I found out that the entire ship was on one central system and not really adjustable by room. Even the observation room was not adjustable. So stick a bunch of people in there in the afternoon with all those large windows and it was downright HOT. Your staff finally blocked the doors open to get some airflow thru, to try to cool us down.

Service from our butler was great, he was very responsive and took really good care of us.

Food was good, service there was pretty good also, but a couple of times we were kind of ignored, as we had to ask for something more than once. Read more
