I took the MSC Lirica for a 8 day 7 night Mediterranean Cruise. It’s the worst money I ever spent. I was better off booking with another company. This is my first and last time I will ever book with them. This way my 16th Cruise any my second so far this year and it was a complete disappointment. Some of my issues with them were
- [ ] We paid online for the drinks when we got to the boat they acted like they didn’t know what we were taking about
- [ ] Someone entered my room while I was resting

The mattress was uncomfortable. I felt that the air quality in the room was off. There was a heavy smell of some industrial cleaner being used outside the room often. The shower was cramped. There was no sofa in the room., no hand towels. No robes,
