Had not been to Norwegian Fjords before. Itinerary was one of the best for several years, small towns and villages easy to get round without any strenuous tours. Those tours I did choose were with companies other than Celebrity and pre-booked online.

Celebrity Silhouette was up to its usual standard of maintaining a smooth operation, embarkation at Southampton excellent. I didn,t disembark as carried on for second "back to back" cruise. Disembarking and returning from tours was again a smooth operation.

I will not comment too much in regard to on board activities etc. as I do not participate in many of them. The bar staff at my favourite bar (Martini) were beyond excellent. The deck areas were always maintained clean but sometimes crowded. Stateroom was kept clean and tidy on a daily basis. Read more
