We have cruised with Carnival before and had a great time... NOT this time we went on a 4 day out of Port Canaveral to the Bahamas. What a waste of money, Freeport was a joke as most things weren't open except for some shopping. The ship was nasty our hallway smelled like sewage the whole time, our air conditioner didn't work correctly and we told the front desk and nothing was done. Our room had a chair that when you sat down in it the back bent over so you would fall out of the chair if you weren't careful.(i have a video of the chair) I called upon return to tell them of our bad experience and was told they could give us $70.00 toward another cruise... I paid for 2 cabins and the second cabin had the same issue with the air conditioning but nothing done there either. The bar staff at the Flowers lobby bar were rude and very unfriendly. Only bright spot on the entire cruise was the comedy show. Will definitely be finding a different cruise line to use.
