I chose this cruise for the itinerary but once onboard, completely disappointed with food and the state of the ship. I've been on many cruises prior to this but this was the worst by far. My expectations on the food were gravely disappointing. The quality has certainly gone down the tubes and temperature of the food was also just slightly warm. The long lines were horrific around the restaurants and trying to find a table in the buffet zones was impossible.

The state of the room was also disappointing....tired old furniture, uncomfortable mattresses. Unhygienic bedding, pillows and duvets are not cleaned also very used and pilled On a 10 day cruise I would have expected my sheets to be changed once, not until I asked. Gross! The sofa in the stateroom was something you might find curb side. Very soiled and cushions were sagging.

The ventilation in certain parts were emitting stench from, the sewage on board. Walk down certain corridors and it's overwhelming. I couldn't sit long outside on the Sanctuary side for the wafting of sewage coming from the exhaust of ship. Yikes! Is at with a towel over. Y nostrils not to inhale the fumes. Gross!

Cabin B2

Very tired and quite sad.

Sofa was dirty, deck chairs were sun drenched and faded.

Patio floor was stained with paint.Dirty patio doors. Patio door was jammed.Ripped curtains that didn't close properly.

Body oiled smelling pillows.

I'm sure they reuse the same duvet with different sheets....warning, they don't get cleaned after each use. yuck!

Pilled sheets.
