We chose Costa as at the time RCL and NCL were already booked. Unfortunately we could not booked this cruise earlier in the year due to work schedule, etc.
According to Costa website is “ Italy’s Finest “ with a slogan of providing every guest with a pleasant experience from our Italian heritage.
We have to give kudos to the check in process, ship was clean and elegant, cabin was clean and comfortable with a balcony

Clean but cabin steward didn’t follow directions. Asked for ice in the room, we always had to order it. Nothing special, not even some fun towel wraps !
