Went on the lirica. Decent ship with a really good itinerary but really poor service. Organisation is poor and while the food tastes good, there isn't much of it and it's very samey. Great cruise if you wanna lose weight. The service ours very poor from the restaurants and the bars. A lot waiting and asking for menus and basically to be served. Nobody really seems to care. The cruise director saying EVERYTHING in 7 languages drives you crazy after a few days. Bingo in the main theatre right before the main show! No kettle in the cabins. no free shuttles in the ports, always have tickets (for your convenience) that you get charged for. Kids club is abysmal, just play with Lego and don't follow the schedule. It's all unfriendly and you feel as thigh your are always bothering the staff. MSC is very tacky, not at all classy in any way. 3 star causing at best.
