We had our first cruise in July - on board the Marella Discovery - and we booked this cruise as soon as got home! Our first cruise was fabulous and we were worried that our second might not live up to our expectations. There was no need to worry: the In Search of the Northern Lights cruise was also just brilliant!

We took a coach from Bolton to Southampton and the boarding experience was fine... about 30 minutes from coach to cabin. There were lots of people to be processed, but there were plenty of staff to process them.

Our cabin was clean and well prepared and our bags arrived within about an hour of boarding... all good. Read more
