Just got off a 4 day cruise to Albany and back. Great entertainment let down by poor bar service in some of the venues. Two bar staff and one waiter will not be able to cater for 300+ people all wishing to get a drink prior to the show.

Food in the fine dining restaurants was good as was service, however, the smorgasbord in Horizons Restaurant was plain, uninviting and for the most part not very tasty. Suggest they have a look at what Royal Caribbean or even P&O do.

When comparing the speciality dining, none of the three venues have a fully enclosed separate dining-room, instead all open plan, which does not quiet cut it when you want a romantic dinner for two and scores of people, glass in hand, traipse past gawking at you and your partner.
