We had cruised with Princess several times before and were very pleased with the ships and cruise line in general. We had a very easy embarkation and the staff made the process very easy. The ship was a little dated in decor although very clean. Our main disappointment was the quality of the food on this trip. We ate in the dining room each night and most of what we encountered was poorly prepared, although the wait staff did an excellent job. This sentiment was echoed by most of the fellow passengers that we spoke to on the ship, whether at the Horizon Court or regular dinner service. The staff on board did not seem as friendly and outgoing as in previous trips we had taken. The highlight for the service staff was our cabin steward, Ruby. She went above and beyond the normal. The ports on the Mediterranean cruise were very enjoyable. Santorini was wonderful!! The entertainment, with the exception of the one night, was just mediocre. Sorry to say we will probably will try another cruise line for our next trip.
