Not my first cruise over 300 days in last 5 years. But my first Princess and probably my last. Have cruise Carnival to Cunard and Princess is bottom of the pack. The buffet is a diaster area with cold food and a collection of pots and pans from a thrift store. They use foil on top of pans trying to keep food warm (very tacky) but all food on the buffet is cold. There is good seating in buffet and usually can find a seat. There are other places to eat which are better but usually very crowded. Tradition dining I thought the dinner menu to be lacking in choices. Very bland and they really need a new dessert chef. My worst find was premade Cuban sandwich with mayonaise. Cuban sandwiches have mustard NEVER mayonaise. But enough on food.

If you enjoy a quiet place to sit and read take a different ship. No library (very small room no seating) no quiet bars always art auction or trivia going on.

Good points the cabins are comfortable and TV is great. Good thing since I spent more time in this cabin then anyother cruise. Ship is very smooth in rough seas. Both boarding the disembarktation was very smooth. Crew did a great job.

Great cabin except for noise in ceiling. Had maintenance in but no noise when they were there.
