The Cruise

Boarding was excellent, with no queuing at all, we were actually on board for 10.30 am. A little perk of being Captains Club Elite Plus allows us to board from 10.30am.

As we stepped onto the ship as always I just felt ah yes we are back home, it is a wonderful feeling at the start of any cruise.

Our State Room

We had opted for a sunset veranda once again as we love the view from the back of the ship. I have heard all sorts of comments about these State Rooms, engine noise, you can feel the ship moving, soot for the exhaust stacks but we have never experienced any of these problems we just sit there and enjoy the wonderful view.

Quite often at night the ships wake is illuminated with a coloured light and to sit there with night cap before we turn in for the night for half an hour is just wonderful.
