Cabin: Obstructed Oceanview
WE choose this Cruise Line, based on two of our adult children already had enjoyed Norwegian cruise lines.
Overall it was a great choice to celebrate our 25th anniversary; but two things MUST be improved. One of our excursions ended up in an unmitigated disaster, with people fighting to get back to the ship and the STAFF were very young people, not skilled at handling angry and frustrated customers. Yes, the weather was band; but no backup plan is unacceptable! Even more unacceptable, was being sloughed off back on the ship.
Secondly, the quality of the food at the Versailles dining lounge was poor. My wife is too nice; but her dried out chicken was a disgrace.

Obstructed Oceanview

Our cabin had two physical issues. Firstly, a wall mounted bed obstructed the person trying to get to their side of the bed. Secondly, the other side of the bed's access was obstructed by the make-up table. Therefore both of us had to crawl in to bed. As well, there were lights and the speaker not working. I called about the lights; but should have called about the speaker too. Our stateroom attendant was excellent and was rewarded accordingly. Always clean and tidy. Bravo Cedrick. Not sure waht the OK beside Obstructed View means?

We just got off the ship and walked around town, really close to the ship. Had delicious cappuccinos and free wifi. Bought a few items in the town. Later we heard people saying they cancelled a few tours based on their experience with the first on, were the weather created serious problems that the cruise line sloughed off.
