The embarkation/disembarkation is a fairly smooth process. The ship is a good one--Promenade, Lido, and Sun decks were great public spaces. The Casino offers of variety of gaming choices. The dining areas offer a variety of choices cuisine/ship location--fine dining, pizza, burgers, ice cream....all have great service! The ship's staff is super.

The tender process in Cabo was not that enjoyable. LONG wait time in order to get off the boat. I don't know what the hold-up was but what ever the reason...this needs to be addressed.

The entertainment while on the cruise was very enjoyable both the daytime and evening events were fun.

Cabin BB

Appointments in the room are nice. Bath was nice, clean but showing some wear.

The A/C in the cabin was POOR...even went searching for fan while on shore. We did bring this to the attention of the front desk with little positive results.
