Sail Date: Oct 2018
Cabin: Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

This was our first, and last, Oceania cruise.

As other reviews on this voyage have noted, Oceania failed to deliver a premium cruise and their arrogance towards the guests was visible and disgusting.

The one bright spot was the hardworking crew - the best service we have received on a cruise.

Cabin Review

Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

Cabin A1

Cabin was small and the bathroom workable for only 1 person at a time.

There was no mechanical noise or noise from neighbours.

The bed was very comfortable.

Room was kept clean by the hard working staff

Port Reviews

San Francisco

Other than the scenery and the golden gate bridge, quite an over rated city.

Must say the dirt and garbage and homeless everywhere is exactly what the media has been describing for the past year or so about San Fran.

Fortunately there was an air show on when we arrived, so that salvaged the visit.

Will not go back to San Fran

Catalina Island (California)

Again a waste of time. We walked around but just another tourist trap.

Puntarenas (Puerto Caldera)

Arrived at 3 pm with night at 5 pm. No point to have been there. All nature/birding excursions were cancelled.

Cartagena (Spain)

Been there before so we did a self walking tour.

Significant increase in pan handlers which ruined the walk, so we returned to the ship.
