Marek Snelly our cruise director assured this trip was memorable wonderful river scenery, great cities. Any issues due to weather were handled professionally and expediently.
As example the river was too low to make the full trip but Viking maintains ships making the Itenary in both directions so we simply packed our bags and Viking moved them to the same room on essentially an identical ship. Marek moved with us which really made the transistion easy.The rest of the crew stayed on their ship.
Our plane did arrive late and past the time Viking was providing transportation. We were not quite prepared how to handle this but were able to find a taxi which Viking reimbursed.
