The trip started off really rushed for us. They had closed the loading dock area early and we of course showed up when they were not accepting any more luggage. We had our 3 year old in a stroller and were not able to carry her and our bags on the boat with just the two of us. Luckily we did find someone to help us and get our luggage checked in.

Once on the boat things seemed ok the room was ready and everything we ordered was there ahead of schedule. Our luggage arrived quickly and our room steward was amazing with our daughter. Our cabin was a typical interior room. Nothing fancy but we don't expect it to be. There was a huge red stain on the carpet the day we arrived. The room steward did her best to clean it. Overall our room was kept clean and she made efforts to make sure we had what we needed for our daughter at all times.

The first night in the dining room we sat for well over 2 hours before we were even served our dinner. We tried it the second night and same thing we were not served before 2 hours sitting at the table. We have a picture of our daughter sleeping at the table because we had been sitting for so long. We spoke to the Maitre D about it and were promptly moved the next night to a new area and new table. After that the service for dinner was awesome. That was a shining star for us.
