We had gone on Princess in Jan, 2018 on the Panama Canal cruise and it was wonderful. We had a great mini-suite and the entertainment was great. Afternoon happy hour and music. This cruise which was classified an a club class upgrade was the most disappointing cruise we have been on. We did not receive the upgrades per the website. The robe were old, thread bare and one size fits all a small. There was no way my husband and I could put them on. We asked our room steward and the front desk for new robes. Nothing. We were to have a dining table for 6-8 and we got a table for 2. When we tried to exchange they wanted us to go to anytime dining, which we rejected. The afternoon entertainment consisted of "senior citizen" board games. Music didn't start until dinner time and evening entertainment was lumped into about a 3 hour period. WRONG. Another factor there were over 100 new employees aboard and many untrained. Our dinner helper was a nightmare and our poor waiter had to pick up her slack. Not a good experience. The shore excursions were way overpriced for what we got. The cutbacks from January, 2018 to this cruise were alarming. I wonder if we want to do another cruise.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MC

The bed was excellent. However the couch was too big for the room and uncomfortable. Tho we had a chair and coffee table they had to be crunched in a corner for lack of room, so not useable
