This was my second cruise with Celebrity and I can honestly say that this cruise line is intended for those who simply want to relax on their cruise. Extremely limited entertainment (and the shows were below average, at best). Having to change into Casual Attire for evening dining got old real quick and we opted to only eat in the main dining room three times because of this. The shopping on board was the typical shopping on board. Nothing outstanding when compared to other cruise lines. The prizes given as a result of a raffle or other enticement were the least value I have ever seen. The casino provided the most entertainment with slot and table tournaments frequently. The lounge entertainers were average, with off key performances frequently exhibited. As for shore excursions, we always book our own before we travel. No exception here, as both excursions were fantastic. The overall menus for main dining were seemingly limited and nothing to write home about. The main dining service team was great, but the food didn't really meet the standards. We found the burgers on deck to be better than the main dining room meals. BEWARE: the coffee will not only grow hair on your chest but also remove the lining from your stomach. Maybe the worst coffee I have ever had (but I needed my coffee and someone shared a secret... add a pinch of salt and the bitterness almost disappears)
