This was our first cruise, and our last. It was our honeymoon and we wanted everything to be perfect, but the last day left such a sour taste in our mouths.
When we disembarked we had to go through different immigration channels as my wife is American and I am British. I am going through some green-card processing at the moment and I always get selected for secondary immigration which can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours. I was prepared for this, but not what happened to my wife.
She got through immigration and left the cruise terminal building to wait outside for me. it was mid-day and very hot and humid - approx 85F.
surprisingly spacious. Probably the best part of the whole experience was standing on the balcony at 2am star gazing and watching the wash of the ship as we sailed through the night.
Inconsiderate neighbors leaving their balcony lights on all night caused light pollution so star gazing was limited to the brightest stars that you can see from anywhere.
