Wanted to check out Haiti but did not know owned by RCI but the beach was nice. Didn't know Jamaica didn't have a beach right off shore so we just shopped a little. I called 3 times to let them know of my dietary needs. They said they had no idea and gave me the shoulder and attitude. Serenity of the Seas had Lactose free milk in my fridge, waters and Ensure upon arrival, the DFB called and met with me along with the chef and sous chef, again nothing here. Did get a good meal in the Dining Room as Patricio came over and heard of my needs and made it himself. For being in a suite horrible service. Casino needs more interactive games, maybe camera classes and not having to pay to make a card or scrapbooking. The short fitness classes were also a joke to have to pay for and reason I brought my own fitness equipment

Cabin Review

Royal Loft Suite with Balcony

Cabin RL

2 floor suite was nice, frayed and torn curtains not so nice or was the outside deck with horrible caulking, afraid I would fall off if I leaned on it. Room Service could not get breakfast correct once

Port Reviews

Labadee

Just went to the beach

Cozumel

We have been there many times so nothing really. We had a dolphin excursion planned as wanted to take pix for our Christmas card this year but you can't have to pay for high priced pix someone else took. Going to Belize for a week next month so we can do it there
