This was a much anticipated cruise by my husband and myself. I had always wanted to go to the Panama Canal and experience going through the locks. While that was a great experience the overall cruise was a disappointment. While we did have a few good times on the ship(Thank You Kathleen & Brian, Bruce & Kelly) the food and service were poor at best. The MDR was slow and I consistently had to ask for my glass of wine with dinner. I was never asked by my server if I wanted anything from the bar. Additionally one evening my wine didn't come till my entree was served and most times after my appetizer. The Garden Cafe food was always boring and mostly lukewarm, never hot. The highlight of the restaurants was the Lotus Garden, excellent food there. Sushi was really good but why must we have to pay extra for great food? Freestyle dining is not for us! The dining room always seemed chaotic!

The entertainment was mediocre with a few exceptions, mainly Fred the comedian and the couple who were aerialists. They were very good.

The cruise director's staff were a lot of fun, especially Irene and Sunny! Evenings in the Spinnaker were a blast! Go team 7!
